Please note that this Privacy Charter covers the processing of personal data for which EuropaTrad is the Data Controller, i.e. in cases where EuropaTrad decides on the purposes and the means of the processing.<\/p>\n

For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Charter does not cover any personal data processing operation that may be carried out by EuropaTrad as a Data Processor as a result of your use of our services.       In accordance with the provisions of articles 39 and 40 of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 amended in 2004, you have the right to access, correct, update and delete information on you which you can exercise by writing to EuropaTrad, 33 Cours Albert Thomas F-69003 Lyon, specifying in the subject of the letter \u201cPersonal rights\u201d and attaching a copy of your ID, or by writing an email to dpo@europatrad.eu.<\/p>\n

      You also have the right to give instructions on what you want to happen to your data after your death.<\/p>\n

      In accordance with the provisions of article 38 of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 amended in 2004, you can also object, on legitimate grounds, to your data being processed and, without grounds and at no expense, to this data being used for purposes of sales prospecting by EuropaTrad. This data will not be transferred or sold to third parties under any circumstances.<\/p>\n
